I did my exercise and when I finished, I saved and wrote the little text.
When I opened again, the blocks were not arranged according to what I had saved. They were arranged in the original way. When I enter the Qua-kit page, I see the saved image, but if I click the "view" icon, it appears as if nothing has been done.

Thanks for the report!
At least, I can assure you that your submission is not lost - I can see it in the gallery and it appears the same to me on the preview and in the editor. Looks like the problem is that your browsers cached the initial state of the design when you opened it last time.
I will look into this issue.
Could you please try to clean the browser cache and tell if that helps? (clear browsing data: cached images and files) Or just try to open the page in the incognito mode.

That's ok! You can safely choose time range for "all time" or alike, and choose to remove cached images and files (but not browsing history or cookies).
In incognito mode you would open the site the same way you did the first time (via some link or button). In incognito mode your browser does not have access to any of your files or history, and it also does not leave any traces of browsing when you close it.
