I think this mostly does comply, I used jdlrobson's widget library and manually styled other fonts and the page width. Is there anything that caught your eye as being unstyley?

It clearly doesn't adjust with https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/M101 just look at the switch buttons and select options. I can take a look and properly fix it
