Would it be possible to add to the Customer Center dashboard an additional field to show the amount of hours pending verification?
At the moment the information regarding the worked hours for each pool is reported under the "Gebuchtes Guthaben" field, I understand that the number displayed shows the "billable" hours (incl. verified and unverified worked hours).
During the Timed verification process some tasks might be set to "not billable", with a positive influence on the "Restguthaben" amount.
Therefore I propose to add, next the "Gebuchtes Guthaben" amount, also the amount of hours that still need to be verified.
The idea is to give to the customer an extra information to understand the amounts displayed in the dashboard are to some extent provisional (or definitive once all hours are verified).
I'm available to further discuss and shape this request together.

Hello @trowik , following up on our discussion, I propose to (re)name the fields in this way:
TIME USED / GEBUCHTES GUTHABEN -> rename to TOTAL TIME BOOKED / GEBUCHTES GESAMTGUTHABEN
New field -> set name to BOOKED TIME PENDING REVIEW / GEBUCHTES GUTHABEN IN UEBERPRUEFUNG
(please check the German translation, thanks!)
