Upload all archived tap files per version to binary release repository: issue the GITHUB_TOKEN is not correct , hit Exception in thread "main" org.kohsuke.github.HttpException: {"message":"Bad credentials" } https://ci.adoptium.net/view/all/job/refactor_openjdk_release_tool_new/6/console issue opened adoptium/infrastructure#3058

Upload all archived tap files per version to binary release repository using current release upload freestyle jenkins job ( too many manual steps)
