jdk8 AIX jdk_security3_0 was made to pass with an openjdk jtreg timeourtFactor:20, should we perhaps default to that for AIX?
I suspect a number of other tests might be more reliable, but not a generally nice answer I know.....!

There is not too much benefit to skimping on the timeout factor, only matters if a test hangs completely that it starts to be a problem, in which case that test would be addressed (fixed or excluded).
Seems reasonable - was just trying to understand if it was just on the limit e.g. if '2' would be enough, resulting in a 10x lower timeout which would be valuable. Given Andrew's comment I'm fine with 20 here.
