JCK_CUSTOM_TARGET value is hard-coded by (api/java_math/BigInteger) in jck.mk

In child job custom_target, the hard coded value (api/java_math/BigInteger) is picked by default and ignoring the values we pass to parent in JCK_CUSTOM_TARGET.

JCK_CUSTOM_TARGET ?=api/java_math/BigInteger
