this is a content issue. the MX site transform a preview URL (even if it is pointing to the US preview site) to a production URL. Because the media file is not in the MX sharepoint, the video doesn't load. there's nothing related with the cookies. in my test page the video loads because I changed the url to an absolute one using the volvotrucks US domain.

Test URL runs the video fine ( note: branch url could not be tested with cookies due to limitation ) :
