Navigation to New Record by Button Add New or Key Controls

@mhabimana We have now added a coordination of Add New and the changing of values by the key selectors(station,element etc) in the form2Daily. That means the user can now navigate to a new record by either using Add New or changing key control value (e.g station, element, year, day etc). You can test this and give me feedback on it before we do the same for the other 3 forms.

I'm still not completely conversant with the procedure of how data entry is done but if the data entry users usually don't rely so much on the sequencer then this new feature will make the necessity of clicking on add new to be greatly reduced.
