  3. Current Text in English:
    complete lines only

  4. Current Text in other language:
    lignes complètes seulement

  5. Suggested text in other language:
    lignes complètes

  6. Reason for the suggested change:
    I feel it will serve the same purpose and we can do without the only.

Not sure about this one. But ff we remove only in the French then we should remove it in English too.

I think we could remove only yes, I guess it is not necessary. Note that in English its complete rows not complete lines.

Related to this, @rdstern is there a preferred translation of rows in the statistics context? lignes or rangées?

I notice that in the RStudio data wrangling cheatsheet they use lignes.

Yes I would use lignes
