Stuck on "Waiting for video stream" #2

Not sure why, but when I use KDE Plasma Desktop (WebRTC), I can see it connects to the server but then the video stream never starts. It shows "Waiting for video stream". I'm running it through docker compose and can include the logs and my compose settings.
