Sentence:

The local machine might not have enough resources to run with a precise protocol and the calculation might fail.

Also, for the thresholds (possibly move in separate issue):

now we have 1000 ang^3 (10x10x10), and 10 sites. We can keep this for the fast protocol, but maybe for the moderate protocol we need to adapt a bit the values?
