Update _pkgdown.yml now we have @internal tags

This _pkgdown.yml may want to be changed. At the moment the categories of functions are hard coded underneath each subtitle. But now @BatoolMM added the internal tags to the internal functions I think we can tag this as a family and not list them all individually - this will be better practice, considering functions could be deleted or added in future
