I add some new testing.
If the App uses the ip http://192.168.0.3:6161/ it works. But if the app uses http://10.2.0.2:6161/ it does not work.

If I Start the App first on my phone, and then start the VPN looks like the web server (ShareX) works nice. If I launch the VPN first and the ShareX it doesn't connect.
