Account | delete source (Nextcloud) takes long time without feedback

Describe the bug
I deleted a Nextcloud account from the Accounts. The delete took quite a long time (GNOME reported that the Planify was not responding any more). The deletion did succeed though, and Planify became responsive after a while.

Expected behavior
Some feedback (maybe a spinner or other animation) indicating that the delete of the Nextcloud account is in progress. Planify should stay responsive all the time.
