Retrieval of Streaming Service/Currently Watching/Show Image

Alexa Media Player does an incredible job getting album covers and song info. Can I do this for my Fire Cube/Fire TV, like whatever is currently playing?

I don't know if this is a thing already or if it's impossible; I'm just asking if I'm missing something.

I did try to find a similar question already, but if this has been asked before, I apologize for double posting.
