Hello,

For some time I have noticed that the status from my msg100 is always incorrect. It shows “gate closes”. However, the status is correct in the Meross app. If I refresh the integration, then the status is updated correctly.

Is that a bug, how can I fix that? This worked perfectly until recently.

same here, workaround is only to logout of the integration, reload it and log in back again, reload it and it worked for some days.

Iam currently trying meross lan. Its not as fast as cloud but it worked. i cant say its better, cause its just a week i use it.

btw.: do you have a solution for heating plans? i like the meross design but want something on the home assistant. so kids can change the plan for their living room.

Is the status reliably updated with the local connection? Can you integrate part of it via the cloud and only the garage door opener locally? or do you have to choose one?

Regarding heating plans, I don't use them because I have a heat pump and it's far too slow. I only use the thermostats to generally adjust the setpoints in the rooms.

its works really fine. update time is something between 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Everything is locally (LAN -> Meross HUB). the thermostat itself updates to the meross cloud. but if you dont want it to do so you could close the internet connection to the HUB.
