Topic/Subscription edit history visible in hermes-console

A useful feature would be to add to the hermes console the last n editions of the topic/subscription with information about when and what changed. The implementation can be based on the information on the current audit already available, for example here. It would be super cool to implement it in new hermes console written in vue - #1697
