Description

Leaving these options enabled often results in more confusion than not. Alternate: enable 'offline mode' by default for production sites

Use Case

When a user logs into WordPress in an Alley-supported production environment, they shouldn't be prompted/notified/advised about updates that are managed by their host/environment/etc)
