is there any way for the bot to take old bans that were already on the servers and sync them acrost all of them?

Something like this would not work well on larger guilds, e.g. with more than 1000 bans for the following reasons:

You can only ban up to 1000 users that are not members of the guild per day
There is no bulk ban endpoint, i.e. the bot would have to ban each user one by one
The endpoint for retrieving bans is paginated and only returns up to 1000 bans per request
