The 'New version available' link goes to the wrong page

Description of the issue

On Manage Prototype, the 'New version available' link goes to the wrong page. It goes to Find plugins when it should go to Installed Plugins (where you can update the kit)

Steps to reproduce the issue

In package.json, set to an old version of the kit (you may need to use an old version of node/npm to get this to work due to the zlib bug that prevents newer versions from working with older versions of the kit)

Run the kit and go to Manage Prototype

The 'New version available' link goes to Find Plugins. This is not helpful as you cannot update from there

Actual vs expected behaviour

The link should go to Installed plugins where you can update
