Edit screen example

Is there an example of what would be a good way to implement something like a simple edit screen?
Like a list of paragraphs (or other elements), initially empty. Also a form with an input. Anytime user submits a text, a new paragraph is added to the list. When a paragraph is focused, the form is populated with the text from paragraph and allows changing and saving.
