3.18 BC break

Has there been any (security?) issue with 3.18 or why have you overriden older versions? 3.18 has broken ghostscript after version 3.18.2. I rolled back a project to 3.18.2 for that reason. Now I found the same ghostscript breakage again and realized you have smashed an update over the range of past versions if I understand it correct:
