There are now scripts to include this (scripts ending in AP for Asymptomatic/Pre-symptomatic. This introduces 5 new parameters: relative transmission rate during asymptomatic infection, relative transmission rate during pre-symptomatic transmission, fraction of infections that become asymptomatic, and duration of asymptomatic infection.
