I'm using this with Astro, so maybe this doesn't allow access to all options.

Perhaps I'm implementing this wrong, but I can't seem to get my heading level 2 title, Fruit excluded from the TOC:

from: 1
to: 2
exclude: 'Fruit'

I also tried changing the className, and Astro doesn't seem to pick that up either.
