Atari ST used a 320×200 resolution, which means it had “tall pixels”, just like NTSC on Amiga, or DOS.

We may have to run these in NTSC, or PAL with a special setting to have 5:6 pixel aspect ratio.

(Check if they play correctly in NTSC)

Also add any other Bitmap Brothers games that are obviously ports, as well as any other known DOS and Atari ports.

There’s… a lot:

https://amiga.abime.net/games/list/?machine=2

(that doesn’t mean that all of them should be in 5:6 PAR, but worth checking at least the most popular games)
