Endless connection after reinstalling the system #1287

After reinstalling Windows, I click the connect button in the AmneziaVPN application and I just have an eternal connection. I tried to find a solution, nothing helped (I reinstalled Amnesia VPN). On other devices (Everything works on the phone and laptop, it works on a friend's PC too).

with all this, it does not give me any error

The same issue, but with Win 10. iOS device and other Windows 10 machine work well with the same config. Tried different Amnezia app versions and still have no success.
