Split tunneling by default #1307

Please enable split tunneling by default for video messenger apps. You can turn it off after establishing the first successful connection.

Hypothetical scenario

Make a video call on Skype, Viber, Telegram or Whatsapp (you know, popular messenger apps)
User presses "connect". App redirects all traffic to VPN.
User's provider blocks VPN
Call is over, no internet, user does not know how to debug this on their own. Connection is over until VPN is off.

Expected behavior
Do not break the connection until VPN is definitely on.
