Couenne is a branch&bound algorithm for non-convex MINLP problems.

To install this package, please look at the INSTALL file.

This package needs other COIN-OR projects (www.coin-or.org).
Instructions for downloading them are also in the INSTALL file.  Once
these are installed, the AUTHORS, LICENSE and README files in each of
the subdirectories give more information about these projects.

Couenne also needs Third Party software: ASL, Blas, Lapack, and HSL.
