How to train with UCF 101 dataset

How do I train this model with the UCF dataset? It would be great if more documentation can be added about how to prepare the UCF101 dataset to match with the code.

Do I need to "extract the frames of all videos and create a .txt file with three columns in this exact order: Location of the frames of the video, Number of frames in the folder and Class it belongs to"?
