TMC2300 double check naming

Hi, I've noticed a couple of weird names for the register macros.

For instance TMC2300_EN_SPREADCYCLE_SHIFT_FIELD should likely have been named TMC2300_EN_SPREADCYCLE_FIELD.

StallGuard result register field macro is named TMC2300_SG_VALUE here and in the table in section 5.3 StallGuard Control in the documentation on page 25, except it says SG_RESULT in the respective description.
