Restructure appveyor artifacts #126

The appveyor artifacts should include an installer for x64 and one for x86. The installers should still have the option to install Python bindings.

Besides this, we should have an archive structured in the following way:

MS64 (required dlls, libs, examples/tests and the python msi/exe installers)
MS32 (required dlls, libs, examples/tests and the python msi/exe installers)
MinGW64 (required dlls, libs, examples/tests)
MinGW32 (required dlls, libs, examples/tests)
include
drivers (if needed)
