404 page not found on some time? #25

Hi,

Here am getting the issue with the 404 page not found on after the successful authentication with google , my error log says

INFO -- 117.218.244.251 -- 2013-11-12T12:02:35+05:30 -- Hybrid_Auth initialize: no error found. initialization succeed.

it working after the refresh the url in some times, but it doesn't working at all well, what is wrong here advise me
