This fixes the issue where running LIV (and/or maybe having an externalcamera.cfg in the Beat Saber folder) breaks the game when reading the grip value. This works well in MultiplayerLite, but you should test it to make sure I didn't make any copy/paste errors.
Fixes #172 (You have the hold down all buttons thing which is why pressing triggers can break the game too)

Forgot to mention, I don't remember if you need to set SteamVR bindings for Beat Saber to use triggers and/or grips with the XR system (by default there aren't any bindings iirc). It's been awhile since I implemented this in Lite, in my release notes I only mentioned grips for Index/Vive/Maybe WMR).
