Cannot run server on Linux.

I don't know why but every time I try to start the server on Linux, it gives me some kind of error. The first time it was that the Settings.JSON file couldn't be found. Now it's telling me that something else couldn't be found. It works flawlessly on Windows, but I need it running on Linux. When I downloaded the .ZIP file, I did it with wget. Then I just ran the unzip command and then I gave full permissions to the whole folder. I don't know what else to do.

System Specifications:
Raspberry Pi Four
Latest version of Raspbian
Latest version of ServerHub

Microsoft's DotNet thing doesn't exist and I'm kind of against uninstalling or downgrading LibraryCurl because it's being used for some system things.
