Outdated Structural directives guide listed in changelog for 4.0 docs is confusing

Near the top of the changelog (docs/ts/latest/guide/change-log.html), revised structural directives guide is touted.

But since that guide as it stands, has not been updated to even mention the changes to ngFor and ngIf, it is very confusing to someone exploring 4.0 for the first time.

I understand that there are thousands of guide pages and other docs to update and they can't all be done in a day, but by specifically mentioning this outdated guide in the very place you are directing users to find out about new features is confusing.
