Close TBD in document.

Clearer text to explain that SRV. is ONLY necessary when a service is meant to support mixed GRASP/DNS mode of operations. Make clear that all the other GRASP parameters defined in the document are equally valuable and should be used even if the service name i a grap-only service Name. (discuss to be continued...).
