Ability to add a simple text note to projects and team members

It would be helpful to be able to add a little context to entries on the board. For example the "Lazy Load" project is really the current phase of Editable Docs. I don't know why the name changed, but I'd like to note that somewhere. Also for team members. Someone goes into the Vacation group, but they're going to be out for an extended period on paternity leave. A note would help explain the far out return date.

For Push Notifications, they have several projects split up and each project is prefixed with "Push:". That might help.

There is an "end date" field that we could surface in the tooltip for people on Vacation
