"Removing" a projectMember should actually set the end_date to today

I've removed project members before tho like when Kateri and Jim switched places for QA

I mean you should be able to but we want to discourage it by checking
whether you meant to set the end date instead (since people don't know
that's the intended behavior). Delete is too prominent right now.
