Menu entries that cannot be parsed should still be saved somewhere

The format of the menu has changed since I last worked on the menu parser. As a result, many dishes' names result in parsing errors. The scraper just skips over them without saving them in the database. As a result, the data that I've been gathering is not complete.

These menu items that can't be parsed should be saved somewhere for me to look at, so I can eventually have a look at them, adapt my code to handle them, and save them into the menu item database.
