Beware of updating to onyx 3.10.2102

Current release of this collection will cause numerous issues if your switch image is updated to 3.10.2102.
Last known image that works well with this collection is 3.9.3302
Since Mellanox was acquired by NVIDIA there are some hiccups with maintaining the software. Let's hope it's just during the transition period.

@suhl79 Seems like nobody is maintaining this collection anymore so it will likely be removed from the ansible package. It will continue to be available to be installable via ansible-galaxy collection install mellanox.onyx

Hopefully someone will appear in the future to maintain this
