The latest release of Arbiter.

This is the first modest release of Arbiter, a data monitoring tool for UniswapV3 pools. We will continue to develop this library to support concurrent pool monitoring, additional decentralized exchanges, and transaction execution logic.

Supported Features:

• Monitor swaps on any Uniswap pool
• specify pool preferences with command line arguments for token pairs and fee tiers.
