Hey,

we built the LPDDR 4 Rowhammer Board, reconfigured some resistors and exchanged the FPGA to the better XC160t in order to run the rowhammer tester.
We were able to have everything running, but see problems during initialization. I looks like the write/read latencies are not found. We tried for a couple of days to debug and find a solution, including setting the sys_clk frequency as low as 20 MHZ and as high as 200 Mhz to rule out that the signals are "too fast". The results are worse for slower speeds. Can you have a fast look and show what might be broken?

Not sure who is "we"? (If you are a customer, disregard rest of my answer and please write an email to your contract contact).
Otherwise the code and designs are provided to the community as-is, and you cannot really expect anyone to debug random custom hardware somebody produced...
Having said that lots of your values are correct at the lower 16-bits, so its not random.
But otherwise I doubt anyone can even reproduce your problem without hardware and exact commits that you've used (your log does not contain that part).
