I have been asked multiple times how to submit reports of inappropriate behaviour in the space.
Often problems can be addressed by casual notes to responsible people in the space or a comment directly to the person, but a way to track bigger offences and possibly a way to enact punishment after serious offences (repeated or not) would be good.
At the moment if a CRO or committee member feels that an offence warrants the offender leaving the room, they ask the person to leave for a set (can be unspecified) amount of time, and emails the commonroom mailing list to inform others.
If a member notices a CRO or committee member breaking the code of conduct at the moment, I've given unofficial advice for them to contact myself or a committee member whose email is on display on the photos poster. We've listed the emails for the four members of the executive, the postgraduate rep, the international rep, and the common room rep. This ensures confidentiality for the reporter from the reported person.
At the moment we have no easy way to track things.
