Thanks for your submission. Your grade is available on D2L.

Overall your work is excellent. However, your definition and example for Question 1 is wrong. Brooks was not talking about an essential function of a given software system but rather the types of difficulties that all software developers will encounter when performing software development independent of what their software system actually does.
