Hi Sam,
Thanks for the interest. I think maybe the initial login works but it's out-of-date. It is not Cordova 3.+ compatible.

I'm currently working on https://github.com/aogilvie/phonegap-plugin-wizPurchase which will hopefully be done this week.

I do hope to finish the Google game services plugin soon, but I cannot promise a schedule right now. Sorry. 🙇

Hello my friend,

So this means that you need to set up your account in order to accept donations.
