  - Why? [@gitgabrio] It's not sure why yet... [@porcelli]
    - Skip the test seemed the issue on Drools by @mariofusco
    - @pefernan is looking at kogito-apps
    - need volunteer to take kogito-runtimes - @gitgabrio will look at it! thx <3
    - optaplanner is fine
    - no automation to check reproducible build - questioned by @gitgabrio

Release Procedures
- A detailed explanation of the release procedure document has been provided by @tiagobento
- @lucamolteni raised concern about the release complexity, asked about the decision to release all together and shared a perspective that to simplify he'd like to see alternative proposal to release components individually
  - @porcelli mentioned that this has been discussed on ML quite awhile back. Alex also raised concern that he would not agree - at this point - to split the release.
