check the server log for your directories to be correct:
There seems to be something wrong with your config, if it does not scan your folders. |

I deleted the cache and cfg and rescanned just to be extra prudent. I then added the custom folder back in. I checked the CFG and the log. Both look like your examples (you gave an example of the cfg in another thread), except I have standard folders enabled also. It still won't scan the custom folder. |

Folder format looks good. It might be a permission problem. Can you try running the AG server with admin privileges?
