.netcore3.1启动初始化apollo要20多分钟 #223

(1)应用的部署环境：centos7 应用部署方式 docker
(2)apollo 是docker-compose部署的
(3)本地 ，测试环境 apollo初始化非常快，
但是生产环境初始化apollo很慢 ，大概20多分钟后在 /opt/data目录才看到配置文件

这个应该和代码没有太大关系，因为apollo client在获取到配置之后就会立即缓存到文件中。更多可能和环境有关系。

apollo client在获取到配置之后就会立即缓存到文件中 ，就是这个过程生存环境花了20多分钟导致 应用迟迟不能启动，在应用容器内telnet MetaServer地址， 网络是通的
