Leaderboard kinds

As per https://github.com/apugh/realm-api-proposal/blob/master/endpoints/leaderboards.md,

{ranking_criteria} can be:

1: team_wins, 
2: team_average_placement
3: individual_average_kills, 
4. win_rate
possibly/probably others as desire

What are these others? Are they available at present?

1, 2, & 4 will be available with the 1st edition of the API (hopefully mid-week if all goes as planned).

"Others" could evolve based on demand/requests from the API community. As a whole, the API community knows more about the games and the data that they'd like than I can predict.
