Patch should be released with 1.13.1.

Thanks @NicolasGensollen !
I'm wondering what's the best strategy for dealing with this kind of vulnerabilities and reduce the number of conflicts in our dependency tree (not sure that all our dependencies follow semantic version). Having something like this

[tool.poetry.dependencies]
.
.
.
torch = "^1.13.1"

in our pyproject.toml file should be enough?
